ahead is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) intranet solution with which medium-sized and larger companies can inform, motivate, and empower their employees. The solution impresses with its simplicity and the ability to onboard new customers within days.

As an Account Executive, you will be vital to the continued growth of our business and help us gain new clients for our Software-as-a-Service (B2B SaaS). Through market analysis, marketing campaigns and existing leads, you will generate commercial opportunities and close new business. You will collaborate in a creative team to continue the development of best practices and new prospecting techniques to sell an innovative product that is changing the way organizations engage with their employees through a modern intranet platform. We are looking for strong personalities who know that leaving the comfort zone means success. There is a lot to do at ahead and we need your support for this!

Your profile

  • Native level of German (preferably Swiss German)
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role for the DACH market
  • Full sales cycle experience from discovery to prospecting to sign-on
  • Previous experience in a startup within the technology industry is a plus
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS products is a plus
  • Passion for media and internet trends
  • Structured, methodical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Open mindset and excellent communication skills
  • You can work independently and come up with creative ideas
