Business Development Representative w/ Native level of German

ahead is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) intranet solution with which medium-sized and larger companies can inform, motivate, and empower their employees. The solution impresses with its simplicity and the ability to on-board new customers within days. 

For the ahead team we are looking for an enthusiastic salesperson who will be responsible for developing the existing client portfolio, doing market research and reaching out to new clients. Your objective will be understanding the client’s business needs, generate interest with wellqualified prospects and schedule demos for the sales team. 

As a Sales Development Representative, you will become part of a creative team that shares feedback openly while supporting and challenging each other in a good way and help us scale by selling an innovative product that is changing the way organizations engage with their employees through a modern intranet platform.

We are looking for strong personalities who know that leaving the comfort zone means success and have a positive “we can do it” attitude. There is a lot to do at ahead and we need your support for this! 

Your profile

  • Native level of German (preferably Swiss German)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role for the DACH market
  • Previous experience in a startup within the technology industry is a plus
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS products is a plus
  • Structured, methodical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Open mindset and excellent communication skills
  • You can work independently and come up with creative ideas
