In the role of CRM Technical Consultant, you will take part in exciting projects within different industries and continuously develop your technical and functional knowledge related to Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. (Dynamics 365 Customer Experience, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Portals, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, and many more).

How your day will look like
- Work together with an enthusiastic & innovative team, that is passionate about CRM solutions and experienced in implementing projects around customer-facing processes
- Create a solution concept for the envisaged solution (Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, Portals, Marketing, Field Service, etc.), and submit solution proposals showing advantages and disadvantages.
- Participate in workshops with the customers to gather requirements.
- Take responsibility for solution design and implementation. You will create customizations and configurations (no-code or low-code) within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Flow, Power BI)
- Propose solutions for integrations with other systems or data sources inside or outside of Power Platform
Your profile
- 2+ years of experience as a technical/ functional consultant in IT projects
- Experience as a low-code developer or CRM Technical Consultant (Dynamics 365 CRM Apps, Salesforce, …) is a plus
- You are passionate about technology and enjoy being “on the cutting edge” when it comes to Microsoft’s range of products
- You are well known for: quickly identifying customer needs, finding pragmatic solutions, and implementing them technically.
- Excellent organization and communicative skills stand out for you
- You have a growth mindset: keen to learn new things and grow personally
- A university degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or similar
- Fluent level of German (at least C1) and English
- EU Citizenship or Spanish work Visa
