Job description
Are you an experienced Software Packager with a passion for Cloud Engineering on Microsoft systems?
How your day will look like
- You carry out system engineering tasks for our Workplace-as-a-Service
- You work for small and medium business as well for enterprise customers
- You create software packages according to customer requirements
- You will manage software package distribution for test users and Windows platform rollout.
- You help to standardize to the process of the software packaging to make sure we can scale our workplace-as-a-service offering.
- You will work with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, EXO, and SPO. As a member of the project team, you will have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills in these Microsoft technologies.
- Second and third-level customer support.
- You are engaged in a collaborative project team with members based in both Barcelona and Switzerland.
Your profile
- You have +2 years of experience in Software Packaging
- You have experience in Windows App Deployment methods (Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager SCCM)
- Good understanding of M365 services and the Modern Workplace.
- You have good communication skills, a service- and customer-oriented attitude and can understand complex interrelationships quickly and holistically and to present them in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
- You work in a well-organized and structured way
- Completed or ongoing university degree in computer science or a related field of study
- You speak excellent English and are fluent in PowerShell.
