How your day will look like
- Offer our candidates a great experience from the beginning
- active sourcing on social media
- Be the first contact point for the candidates and check their suitability for the position
- Plan interviews for hiring managers and follow up on the recruitment process
- Identify different ways to build talent pipelines
- Update and create job descriptions on different job portals
Your profile
- Be passionate about recruitment and HR topics
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Structured, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude
- Native level of German, and very good level of English
