For our Marketing team, we are looking for a Growth Hacker to join our crew and support us in the development of our data-driven marketing activities.

• Manage all inbound and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team
• Ownership for top-of-funnel growth operations, growth initiatives and key metrics
• Coordination of both internal staff and external partners
• Hypothesize, measure, execute and continuously improve campaigns

• Solid track record of building a data-driven growth business (5+ years of experience) and bring experience for building a team and budgeting
• Problem-solving mentality and a very high level of curiosity, especially a willingness to understand our clients’ perspective
• Drive to constantly improve your growth hacking skills as well as existing marketing processes
• Fluency in written and spoken English. German and Spanish are a plus, but as a SaaS company we work primarily in English
• EU Citizenship or Spanish work Visa
