As developer and application owner of the ServiceNow ITSM platform for isolutions you will have a key role in shaping and improving our IT service management processes. We use ServiceNow ITSM to handle the ITIL processes of Microsoft Cloud services provided to our customers.
You will work closely with our internal stakeholders in Switzerland, like Service Managers, Service Desk Specialists, System Engineers and many more, and understand their business and technical requirements, proposing solutions to business problems and implementing them in our ServiceNow platform.
