Service Manager w/German

We build and operate IT business applications (B2E) for customers in Switzerland based on Microsoft technologies (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365). Happy customers and happy users are the foundation for our continued growth. As a Service Manager, you play a central role in the further development of our business applications.

How your day will look like

  • Ensure application services for customers in the different industries and be responsible for service quality and delivery results together with the service team.
  • As SPOC, you will be responsible for the further development of the application as-well for the  handling of issues, both internally and vis-à-vis the customer, up to the first escalation level.
  • You lead service and operations meetings and prepare the respective topics and reports.
  • Responsibility for adherence to the SLAs and the service agreements with regard to support, maintenance and further development of the applications.
  • You organize the cooperation in the DevOps team and track capacities, processes, budgets and releases.
  • You coordinate the work of subcontractors and if necessary the requests to OEMs.

Your profile

  • You are an open, customer- and solution-oriented personality with a getting-things-done attitude, excellent at communicating with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels.
  •  Basic understanding of IT solutions in the financial sector is an advantage.
  • Degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or engineering (university or similar).
  • Several years of proven success in the management of large and complex IT service and service provider portfolios.
  • Experience in operations and/or service management (ITIL).
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, ITSM, CoBIT or ISMS is a plus
  • 60-100% workload
  • Fluent level of German and good English skills for internal communication
  • EU citizenship or Spanish work visa
