ServiceNow Business Analyst

As Business Analyst of the ServiceNow ITSM platform for isolutions you will have a key role in shaping and improving our internal IT service management processes.  We use ServiceNow ITSM to handle the ITIL processes of Microsoft Cloud services provided to our customers.

You will work closely with our internal stakeholders in Switzerland, like Service Managers, Service Desk Specialists, System Engineers and many more, and understand their business and technical requirements, proposing solutions to business problems and implementing them in our ServiceNow platform.

How your day will look like

  • Act as main point of contact for all stakeholders
  • Manage the analysis of the requirements of business and IT service owners, providing recommendations to streamline and optimize processes
  • Handle the release and change management in coordination with other applications
  • Implement and operate interfaces to surrounding systems (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, others) in close synergy with product owners
  • Partner with the ServiceNow provider’s team to determine the best technical solution to address the requirements
  • Perform business analyst activities related to the continued growth of the ServiceNow platform, including the deployment of additional modules and functionality.
  • Take responsibility as system administrator for the operation of the solution
  • Consult and train our internal customers

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst on ITSM platforms
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes, including Request Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management and Problem Management
  • You have experience in the field of service request management (e.g., ServiceNow) and in the design of complex workflows and integrations for service automation
  • ITIL Foundation certification would be a plus
  • Independent working, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Distinct comprehension and high willingness to learn
  • Analytical and conceptual skills
  • Fluent level of English for internal communication
  • EU Citizenship or Spanish work Visa
