Technical Support Specialist w/ German

How your day will look like

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to small and medium-sized enterprise customers via phone, e-mail, and remote maintenance
  • Analyse, solve and document user problems
  • Create documentation and checklists, and maintain the Knowledge Database
  • Administer access rights and user skills
  • Collaboration with 3rd level support in case of complex incidents

Your profile

  • Experience in 1st or 2nd level support
  • Good Windows 10 and Office 365 skills, Apple skills are a plus
  • Experience in Windows user support
  • A curious mindset and a passion for technology
  • The ability to work independently, customer-oriented thinking, and high quality standards
  • Native level of German and good communication skills in English, French is a plus
