To kick off the new year 2020, the whole crew from our four isolutions offices got together for the annual SnowBootCamp in Zurich.
8:30 in the morning, more than 120 isolutions employees gather at the Hotel Atlantis that rewards them with a stunning view over the city center of Zurich. The sky is tinted orange by the sunrise while greetings are exchanged over a coffee and some croissants. An exciting morning lies ahead: keynote speeches, the transfer of the CEO title from Josua to Benjamin Regez, as well as testimonials from isolutions clients on stage. After that, the newest promotions are presented, and the Swiss team gets to know the Barcelona office through a little quiz.
The afternoon is no less productive. In cross-locational units, according to our roles and functions, we now discuss our review of 2019 and together commit to our goals for 2020. As the sun is setting again, despite the long hours of concentration and hard work, one can see motivated faces all around. Once more, it becomes clear what isolutions stands for: empowering people to do their best job every day and happy customers through delivering great solutions.
However, of course we cannot forget to celebrate the kick-off of a new year! Even more so since it is a special one for isolutions: In February, we will all get together again in Zurich for the company’s 20th anniversary. In addition, ahead, our Intranet as a Service, becomes its stand-alone company, and sails away from the mothership. And with that in mind, the isolutions SnowBootCamp ends in the best way, with delicious food, great wine and music.
