- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, leading CRM implementation and integration projects (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP CRM, Oracle Siebel CRM, etc.), from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Your professional background includes experience in a consultancy or external provider setting.
- You are an open, customer- and solution-oriented personality with a getting-things-done attitude, excellent at communicating with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels.
- A university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Customer Insights) is highly desirable.
- Native level of German and very good level of English (minimum C1 level).
