This is what you get up for in the morning
- Ensure the stability, performance and availability of internal IT infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Manage and improve core areas, including security, compliance, and IT governance.
- Oversee, maintain and enhance the internal application and tools landscape.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers to optimize the IT environment.
- Create and maintain internal documentation, guidelines and operating procedures.
- Support daily operational needs and independently drive technical improvements.
We would like you to bring
- Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or a similar technical role.
- Ability to translate internal requirements into actions and coordinate effectively with external service providers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure administration, networking, server environment, and IT security fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of security and compliance principles related to Entra ID, M365 and Azure Infrastructure Services.
- Structured, independent working style with the ability to bring clarity to processes.
- Comfortable handling a broad range of IT responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a practical, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit.
