How your day will look like
- Automating infrastructure setup and maintenance for customers, with a focus on quality and traceability.
- Managing the Operations Handover process to ensure smooth transitions from project delivery to ongoing operations.
- Testing and deploying new releases in customer environments to maintain stability and performance.
- Acting as a go-to person for recurring tasks, while documenting new SOPs and ensuring their successful implementation.
- Contributing to the improvement and automation of our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) framework.
- Providing support to 2nd Level teams as part of 3rd Level Support, including delivering training when needed.
- Maintaining and enriching internal documentation, guides, and checklists, while managing changes, incidents, and issues in coordination with external partners.
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience as a System Engineer, ideally with knowledge in Microsoft Cloud Engineering and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and exposure to complex projects and environments.
- Confident handling of Windows Server, clients, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell.
- Passion for automation and Terraform templates.
- Independent working style, customer-oriented mindset, high-quality standards, and an open, engaging personality with a passion for customer interaction.
- Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- EU citizen or possessing a valid Spanish work visa.
