How your day will look like
- Accompanying candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey, offering timely communication, feedback, and a positive experience
- Creating and updating job descriptions, publishing them across different job portals and sourcing channels
- Actively sourcing candidates through social media and other relevant channels, with a strong focus on quality, relevance, and human connection
- Acting as the first point of contact for candidates, representing the company’s culture and values, and ensuring a professional, transparent, and human candidate experience from the very first interaction
- Screening profiles and assessing candidates’ suitability, guiding them through the early stages of the recruitment process with clarity and care
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers, following up on next steps and supporting a smooth, respectful, and well-organized recruitment process
- Supporting social recruiting and employer branding activities, contributing to how we communicate our culture and values to the outside world
- Helping organize and take part in meetups, tech community events and job fairs, acting as an ambassador of our company and connecting with potential candidates
Your profile
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment, ideally in an IT and/or recruitment agency environment
- Hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offering, including the use of relevant tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, interview coordination, etc.)
- A structured and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
- A people-oriented approach: engaging with others, asking the right questions, and building genuine connections comes naturally
- Enjoyment of variety and dynamism, combined with an appreciation for structure, organization, documentation, and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative when learning, improving processes, or trying new ways of working
- Confidence communicating in English (daily working language); Spanish is a strong plus. German is a nice-to-have in our international environment
- A background or studies in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields are considered a plus
