Talent Acquisition Specialist – Internship
Job description
At isolutions, we bring innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients. Now, we’re expanding our talent team and looking for a passionate and driven Tech Recruitment Sourcer to join us in Barcelona.
As a Tech Recruitment Sourcer, you will play an essential role in growing our exceptional technical teams. Partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner and the Hiring Managers, you’ll help us find, engage, and connect with the best tech professionals to support our projects in software development, data engineering, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and technical support.
How your day will look like
- Collaborating closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and translate them into strong candidate pipelines.
- Sourcing tech talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels, enjoying the search for the right profiles.
- Screening CVs and online profiles, looking beyond keywords to identify potential.
- Building and maintaining talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Supporting the recruitment process end to end: scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and keeping candidate data accurate.
- Being a first point of contact for candidates and contributing to a positive and people-centered candidate experience.
- Supporting social recruiting and employer branding activities.
- Helping organize and taking part in meetups and tech community events.
Your profile

You’re curious by nature and interested in understanding how technology, roles, and people connect in a fast-moving environment.

You enjoy dynamism and variety, but you also like bringing structure, keeping things organized, and documenting processes so nothing gets lost along the way. You notice the small details that make a big difference.

You’re proactive and take initiative, especially when it comes to learning something new or improving the way things are done.

You’re currently studying HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

You feel comfortable communicating in English and Spanish; German is a plus in our international environment.

Some exposure to recruitment, HR, or tech environments — through studies, internships, or personal interest.

Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS, or the motivation to quickly learn how to use them.
