- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- A keen interest in technology and a desire to learn about tech roles and recruitment strategies.
- Strong communication skills in English, Spanish and German is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Nice-to-haves:
- Experience or knowledge in tech recruiting or HR practices.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
