isolutions is a Swiss company and long-term Microsoft Partner with a branch in Barcelona. With enthusiasm, creativity, and a high-quality approach we create and implement unique business applications, CRM systems and digital workplaces for our customers in Switzerland. We strongly believe that outstanding software solutions can change the world and make our customers faster, better and more successful. We are building our solutions on Microsoft technologies such as the .NET framework, Azure, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365.

How your day will look like

  • Mentor and coach the developers within the company
  • Define, implement, and follow up measures to improve the quality of work.
  • Empower your team members and help them grow within isolutions.
  • Set up, implement, and track employee development. Ensure training and certification.
  • Collaborate with a project team based in Barcelona and Switzerland. You will dedicate 50% of your work time to customer projects. You will work as a Lead Software Developer but also implement User Stories.
  • Recruitment & onboarding of new employees
  • Help achieve the growth objectives of the Barcelona team in a sustainable manner.
  • Spread the isolutions culture and participate in strategic processes of the company.

Your profile

  • Previous experience in team management, coaching and training of a software development team.
  • Solid background in software development and the implementation of complex software solutions (at least 5 years)
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure, C#)
  • Knowledge of web technologies: TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, MAUI or Blazer as a plus
  • You stand out for your reliability and attention to detail, and you promote their importance to the team.
  • You inspire curiosity and encourage the participation and contribution of ideas from all team members.
  • You are resilient when handling challenges and you have your team’s back.
  • Passionate and prone to a positive impact on the team.
  • An open personality who enjoys software development and wants to achieve ambitious goals together with us.
  • Completed university degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional training.
  • Fluent level of English
