Our Internal Information System ("Canal de Denuncias") provides a secure and confidential channel through which employees and third parties can report potential irregularities, legal violations, or breaches of our internal policies.

 

Who can submit a report?

The channel is available to anyone who has obtained information about a potential infringement in a professional context with isolutions, including:

• Employees
• Former employees
• Job applicants
• Interns and trainees
• Freelancers and contractors
• Suppliers and business partners
• Clients and other stakeholders

 

What can be reported?

The channel may be used to report, among others:

• Fraud, corruption, or bribery
• Conflicts of interest
• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct
• Violations of labour, health and safety, or data protection regulations
• Misuse of company resources
• Breaches of internal policies, ethical standards, or applicable legislation

Protection against retaliation

isolutions prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.

Reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable legislation, including Law 2/2023 on the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements.

 

Anonymous reporting

Reports may be submitted anonymously.

The platform allows secure communication and follow-up of reports while preserving the anonymity of the reporting person, should they choose not to disclose their identity.
